Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 -2 business days for processing all orders, and an additional 2 - 4 business days for delivery within the USA. Notification for shipping/tracking will be sent via email once your order is processed and ready for shipment.

For International Orders, please allow an additional 7 - 10 business days for order delivery. Keeping in mind any customs delays are completely out of our control. Recipients are responsible for all import and custom duties, also any applicable taxes levied by the country your order is shipped to. Notification for shipping cost and tracking information will be sent via email once your package is processed and ready for shipment.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS. A personal handwritten note is included in every order.

Unbelievable Skin Care isn't responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided, neither are we responsible for international delays due to custom issues.

Returns and Exchanges

We sincerely hope that you'll love Unbelievable Skin Care as much as we do. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. While we believe completely in the quality of our products, we cannot resell items that have left our studio. For this reason, all sales are final. If you are in debate about which product to order, please contact us prior to placing an order. Though we do our best to ensure top quality packaging for the safest delivery, we do understand that unforeseen situations are sometimes inevitable.  If you've received damaged/ineffective products, we will gladly replace at no cost once verified. Please send your notification within 3 days of delivery to pamela@unbelievabaleskincare.com. Sadly, no returns or refunds will be processed past 3 days after delivery confirmation.

Availability

Due to our desire to provide customers with top quality products, all products are made fresh and in small batches. This process keeps inventory low.  Because we formulate in small quantities,  you can be sure your purchase has not been setting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. Your orders will be freshly made to order.

 

Special Orders

Do you have a particular skin concern? We would be happy to customize the skin care product(s) of your choice with the blend of essential oils best suited for you. Please understand that customizing particular products may mean a variation of price per the blend of oils required for your skin concern.

 

Payment

We accept cash or credit cards. If you would like to pay by credit card, choose the PayPal option in checkout. Pay pal is a third party credit card processor. You do not need a PayPal account to use the service.

We respect your privacy and will not share your information with anyone. Personal information is collected exclusively to complete secure transactions, ship products, and to provide quality customer service.
