Falling for Your Skin

September 30, 2016

As we greet the crisp air of Fall and bid the sweet summer air adieu, our wardrobe begins to make a transition. Prepare your skin for the cooler temperatures by exfoliating once or twice a week.

Why? Old skin cells begin to pile up on the surface of the skin resulting in excess oil and clogged pores. Dead skin cells can leave skin looking dull and dry. Added benefits to regular exfoliation include the stimulation of the lymphatic system, improved circulation, and blood flow to the skin.

We suggest using an exfoliate that hydrates as it removes the dead skin cells. Be sure to select a product with natural ingredients free of chemicals. Skin is your largest organ and everything you apply is in absorbed in the bloodstream within 26 seconds. Our favorite is the Unbelievable Skin Care Body Polish available in four deliciously fresh scents. Follow with a natural body oil or lotion and your skin will be ready for Fall.
