Get Moving

Cardio makes your skin glow by stimulating and improving blood flow, which help rejuvenate and moisturize the skin. Our bodies were designed to move. Exercise doesn't have to be drudgery. The key? Find something you really enjoy and do it. There are so many options, such as, running, biking, swimming, walking, hiking, and dancing.

With so many apps designed for exercising, there really is no excuse not to get your body in motion.

In list a friend if it helps hold you accountable, or go solo for some alone time. Select what works best for you and get started.


I was recently a presenter at a workshop "What You Need to Know to Get The Glow." During the presentation we moved to one of my favorite songs. I really like to dance, but understand not everyone is comfortable doing so. I asked the participants to do one thing, keep moving throughout the song. We all had a great time. Some danced, others marched In place, or walked around the room. It wasn't long before we were laughing and having a good time. There were a variety of ages represented and we enjoyed engaging in activity. As a result, we had a natural rosy glow to our faces while improving our circulation and moods.
